Every body has a history — your relationship to your body informs your movement practice. I believe that the more we learn about our bodies, and the more we delve into and develop that relationship, the more we are able to work with our bodies to create art. I’m here to help facilitate that process for you. I hope that this blog, filled with my thoughts and ramblings, inspires you to start on your journey, or gives you some ideas and tools to get to know your body a little better.
Through movement we discover things about ourselves. Movement teaches us how to move through challenges and how to overcome them. It teaches us that through hard work we can achieve amazing things.
Movement has taught me to believe in myself. It’s taught me to persevere. It’s given me confidence and taught me that I’m capable and strong. I want that for you too. <3
