Inspired by You

I have been coaching aerial arts since 2012. My approach is refreshing, fun and accessible. I believe in a deeply personal approach to creating movement, and that all movement is art. It doesn’t have to be perfect, to be beautiful.

My coaching style features elements of flexibility, mobility and strength. I pull from my background in yoga, dance and circus to create a wellness plan that fits into your lifestyle. I’m a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer and a lifelong student. My commitment to learning and growing in my own practice means that I bring new ideas and inspiration to every client. I believe that the right way to do something is the way that works for you, and your body!

I’m forever inspired by my students. Seeing you overcome challenges and achieve things you didn’t know you were capable of is one of my favourite things about coaching. My students are kind, generous, hilarious and absolutely make this job worth it!

Through movement we discover things about ourselves. Movement teaches us how to move through challenges and how to overcome them. It teaches us that through hard work we can achieve amazing things.
